My name is Mazen with Pacific Land Engineering, I am the Civil Engineering Consultant working on
proposed 2-Lot short plat referenced in the subject Pre-Applica,on Conference Summary File # 21-
104278-00-PC dated December 2nd, 2021.
The purpose of this email to ask for waiver from School Access Analysis listed in the subject summary
(item 11, on page 4), see below. We are basing this request on the fact that there is ample safe
pedestrian access to the school bus stops around the subject parcel, and based on the fact that there is
an exis,ng house on subject parcel and the proposal is to add only one house a6er the approval of the
2-lot short plat, see aIached preliminary site plan for more informa,on. If the waiver request cannot be
granted, please provide us with copy of the school access analysis requirements and assignment
informa,on.
