2. FOLLOWING SITE PREPARATION AND GRADING, THE PROPOSED DECK REMODEL CAN BE SUPPORTED
ON CONVENTIONAL, TUBE PIER FOOTINGS, BEARING ON DENSE NATIVE SOIL OR STRUCTURAL FILL.
THE EXISTING FILL SHOULD BE REMOVED UNDER FOUNDATIONS. LOOSE, ORGANIC, OR OTHER
