Per FWRC 1.15.080(4), should City Council approve staff to place
an assessment lien on the property located at 30601 1st PI SW,
Federal Way in the amount of $5,845.95?

• Abatement process began on August 16, 2022 and completed
on October 14, 2022 totaling $5,845.95.
