This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist, Federal Way Comprehensive Plan, and other municipal policies, plans, rules, and regulations designated as a basis for exercise of substantive authority under the State Environmental Policy Act pursuant to RCW 43.21 C. This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date below. Comments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on May 26, 2023.
