Dear Mr. Ratliff:
This letter is to inform you that your Process III and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) applications have expired.
As of the date of this letter, the city has not received additional information requested by the Community Development
and Public Works Departments from the July 13, 2020, technical comment letter.
Pursuant to Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC) 19.15.050, if an applicant fails to provide additional information to the city
within 180 days of being notified that such information is requested, the application shall be deemed null and void and
the city shall have no duty to process, review, or issue any decision with respect to such an application.
An email on July 26, 2021, from Chris Miller of Blueline indicated Devco will not be pursuing the application in the
short term.
The resubmittal deadline has passed without receiving a response or project resubmittal; therefore, the above refenced
applications are now expired and the files closed due to lack of activity.
To continue the land use review and SEPA process, the applicant will be required to submit a new application and
application materials, application fees, drawings, reports, and other required submittal items. Please feel free to contact
