ORDINANCE SUMMARY
At their January 2, 2024 Regular Meeting the Federal Way City Council passed the following
ordinances:
ORDINANCE NO. 24-979
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Federal Way, Washington, relating to indemnification of city
officials and employees; amending FWRC 2.05.030, 2.05.040, 2.05.050, 2.05.060,
2.05.070, 2.05.090, 2.05.100, and 2.05.120. (Amending Ordinance Nos. 89-05, 09-600,
10-666 and 10-669.)
