ORDINANCE SUMMARY
At their March 21, 2023 Regular Meeting the Federal Way City Council passed the
following ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO. 23-953
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Federal Way, Washington, providing for the
selection and acquisition of certain properties for the purpose of constructing a Joint
Use Operations and Maintenance Facility and directing staff to exhaust reasonable
negotiation efforts to purchase said properties.
