ORDINANCE SUMMARY
At their June 15, 2021 Regular Meeting the Federal Way City Council passed the following
ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO. 21-916
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Federal Way, Washington, relating to amending the
2021-2022 Biennial Budget. (Amending Ordinance No. 20-903).
ORDINANCE NO. 21-917
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Federal Way, Washington, providing for utility tax
rebate to low-income citizens; amending FWRC 3.10.230 and 3.10.240. (Amending
Ordinance Nos. 06-535 and 03-436).
