ORDINANCE SUMMARY
At their August 11, 2020 Regular Meeting the Federal Way City Council passed the
following ordinances:
ORDINANCE NO. 20-893
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Federal Way, Washington, relating to
floodplain development and permitting processes within the City;
amending FWRC 19.142 (Amending Ordinance Nos. 06-536, 09-593, 09-
597, and 18-856)
ORDINANCE NO. 20-894
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Federal Way, Washington, relating to Right
of Way Vacations; amending FWRC 4.20.120 and adding a new section to
chapter 19.135 FWRC. (Amending Ordinance No. 19-107)
