ORDINANCE SUMMARY
At their December 3, 2019 Regular Meeting the Federal Way City Council passed the
following ordinances:
ORDINANCE NO. 19-880
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Federal Way, Washington, relating to the
assessment of Surface and Stormwater Utility System Development
Charges; and adding a new chapter to Title 19 FWRC.
ORDINANCE NO. 19-881
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Federal Way, Washington, relating to
amending the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget. (Amending Ordinance No. 18-
860 and 19-867)
ORDINANCE NO. 19-882
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Federal Way, Washington, relating to fixing
the property tax amount for the year of 2020.
