Lakehaven Property Transfer to Public ROW
Ms. Chapin:
Lakehaven does not foresee any reasons why acceptable terms with the Developer, RMJ
Holdings LLC, cannot be reached to provide for the conveyance of a portion of the 20th Ave
tank site for an extension of S 300th St public right-of-way (ROW) under the current
Developer Extension Agreement (LWSD Proj. No. 6319015). Lakehaven has sent a draft
property transfer agreement to the Developer for review and hopes to have the agreement
mutually approved, in principal, before it is presented to Lakehaven’s Board of
Commissioners for review at the next available Board meeting (October 8, 2020). We
anticipate obtaining approval for the property transfer agreement with the Developer at
Lakehaven’s October 22, 2020 Board meeting, and, where approved, would subsequently
provide the City with a Statutory Warranty Deed for the land area to be dedicated for public
ROW.
