Hi, I've attached the permit application. The first paragraph of the project description was on original permit 15- 103665-00-SF. Lower level bathroom to include modifying floor joist to accommodate tub drain, raising the ceiling and installing a new window. In upper level bathroom install wall -hung toilet, modify framing, DWV, and supply lines. The second paragraph of the project description was on original permit 12-103563-00-PL. Move sink drain in wall and raise shower head height. For context, here's text from the email I sent last week. I will submit the electrical permit application electronically: I never finished a bathroom remodel for which 1 took out several per nits a few years ago, and any permits are most likely expired. These appear to be the associated permits: 15-103665-00-SF: Insulation inspection was completed on 9/15/2016. Subfloor and wall board have been installed, but no mudding or taping has been done. 12-103563-00-PL: Rough plumbing inspection was completed on 3/3/2014. 12-103561-00-EL: Rough electrical inspection was completed on 8/1/2014.
