CALL MEETING TO ORDER Mayor McColgan called the special meeting of the Federal Way City Council to order at the hour of 8:35 p.m. Councilmember present: Mayor Dean McColgan, Deputy Mayor Linda Kochmar, Councilmembers Jeanne Burbidge, Jack Dovey, Eric Faison, Jim Ferrell, and Mike Park. Staff present: City Manager David Moseley, City Attorney Pat Richardson, and Management Analyst Jason Suzaka. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION At 8:35 p.m. Mayor McColgan announced the Council would take a brief recess to complete the Finance/Economic Development/Regional Affairs Committee meeting. Mayor McColgan reconvened the Special meeting at 9:00 p.m. At 9:00 p.m. the Mayor announced the Council would be recessing into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing establishing the minimum price to offer real estate for sale or lease/pursuant to RCW 42.30. 11O(1)(c); expected duration is thirty minutes. Executive Session/To establish the minimum price to offer real estate for sale or lease/Pursuant to RCW 42.30. 110(1)(c) At 9:30 p.m. Assistant City Manager Derek Matheson announced the Council would be extending Executive Session for an additional thirty minutes. Council returned at 9:50 p.m. III. ADJOURNMENT There being nothing further to come before the Federal Way City Council, Mayor McColgan adjourned the Special Meeting at 9:50 p.m.
