CALL MEETING TO ORDER Mayor McColgan called the special meeting of the Federal Way City Council to order at the hour of 5 :20 p.m. Councilmember present: Mayor Dean McColgan, Deputy Mayor Linda Kochmar, Councilmembers Jeanne Burbidge, Jack Dovey, Eric Faison, Jim Ferrell, and Mike Park. Staff present: City Manager David Moseley, City Attorney Pat Richardson, and City Clerk Chris Green. II. COMMUNITY CENTER UPDATE. Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Director Jennifer Schroder introduced the consultants on the project from the design firm Barker Rinker Seacat. The group presented a presentation on the Community Center's 30% design update. Included in the presentation was information regarding site plan, building rendering, floor plans, project cost summary, and project schedule summary. The Council asked various questions of the staff and consultants. III. ADJOURNMENT There being nothing further to come before the Federal Way City Council, Mayor McColgan adjourned the meeting at 6: p.m. (~ N. Christine Green, CMC City Clerk (c~[P1f
