CALL MEETING TO ORDER Mayor McColgan called the special meeting ofthc Federal Way City Council to order at 5: 1 0 p.m. Councilmembers present: Mayor Dean McColgan, Deputy Mayor Linda Kochmar and Councilmembers Jeanne Burbidge, Eric Faison, Jim Ferrell and Mike Park. Staflpresent: City Manager David Moseley, City Attorney Pat Richardson and City Clerk Chris Green. II. CITY CENTER REDEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES Economic Development Director Patrick Doherty introduced Anne Ricker and Bill Cunningham of Leland Consulting Group to give a presentation to the Council. A question and answer period was opened; questions about the presentation were raised by Tom Pierson, Diana Noble~Gulliford, and Mary Ehlis. III.
