CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Park called the special/study session of the Federal Way City Council to order at the hour of
6:00 p.m.
Councilmembers present: Mayor Mike Park, Deputy Mayor Linda Kochmar, and Councilmembers
Jeanne Burbidge, Mary Gates, Michael Hellickson and Eric Faison. Councilmember Dean
McColgan was excused.
City staff present: City Manager David Moseley, City Attorney Bob Stcrbank mId City Clerk Chris
Green.

2001-02 BIENNIAL BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS
Department Presentations
Staff presentations for the evening included the following: Derek Matheson - City Council;
Sandra Warter - Municipal Court; Kathy McClung - Community Development; Iwcn Wffilg--
Management Scrvices/lnternal Fund; Jennifer Schroder - Parks; Cary Roc - Public Works; and Alme
Kirkpatrick ~ Public Safety.

ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business to come before the Federal Way City Council, Mayor Park adjourned the
special/study session at the hour of 7:00 p. .
