CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Park called the special meeting of the Federal Way City Council to order at the hour of
5:05 p.m.
Councilmembers present: Mayor Mike Park, Deputy Mayor Linda Kochmar, and COllncilmembers
Jeanne Burbidge, Mary Gates, Michael Hellickson, Eric Faison and Dean McColgan.
City staff present: City Manager David Moseley, City Attorney Bob Sterbank and City Clerk Chris
Green.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Property Acquisition/Pursuant to RCW 42.30.11 O( 1 )(h)
Mayor Park amlOunced a recess for purposes of an executive session, with an expected duration of
approximately one and one-half hours. At 6:30 p.m., Derek Matheson announced an extension of an
additional 45 minutes.
Council returned to chambers at 6:55 p.m., with no action taken.
III.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business to come bCfo)the Federal Way City Council, Mayor Park adjourned the
special meeting at the hour of 6:55 p.m.
