CALL MEETING TO ORDER Mayor McColgan called the special meeting of the Federal Way City Council to order at the hour of 5:] 0 p.m. Councilmembers present: Mayor Dean McColgan, Deputy Mayor Linda Kochmar, Councilmembers Jeanne Burbidge, Jack Dovey, Jim Ferrell and Mike Park. Mayor McColgan excused the absence of Councilmember Eric Faison. Staflpresent: City Manager David Moseley, City Attorney Pat Richardson and City Clerk Chris Green. II. COMMUNITY CENTER UPDATE Parks, Recreation/Cultural Services Director Donna Hanson introduced consultant Scott Tomlinson and architects from Barker, Rinker, Seacat Architecture who presented the design process overview and 50% design phase to Councilmembers. The presentation was following by discussion-a directive from Council is scheduled for consideration at the regular meeting immediately following this special meeting. Ill.
