Background:
WA State Military Dept. Grant Application
• Response Funds $350,000 (Non -Competitive)
• Approved applications are eligible to submit reimbursement requests for each
qualifying event of grant performance period from July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025.
• There is no local match requirement
Options
Option #1: Authorize staff to apply for the WA State Military Extreme
Weather Response Grant for Emergency Shelters.
Option #2: Do not authorize the grant application and provide direction
to staff.
