CALL MEETING TO ORDER Mayor McColgan called the meeting to order at 5:05 PM. Couneilmembers Burbidge, Dovey, raison, Park, Deputy Mayor Kochmar and Mayor McColgan present. Staff present: City Manager David Moseley and Management Services Director Iwen Wang. n. 2005/2006 MID-BIENNIUM BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Ms. Wang reviewed the November 14,2005 Council deliberation follow-up items, which included any corrections ffild Council changes in the recommended budget. -rhose ehffilges included reducing the Economic Redevelopment Consultant funding by $50,000; restoring $40,000 in the Public Works Maintemmce budget for the Emergency Management position and using $40,000 in the City Manager contingency fund to restore the Public Works Maintenance budget. Staff also recommends the Council allocate the necessary City Manager Contingency fund for the recruitment costs related to the selection of the new City Manager upon approval at the November 21,2005 Special City Council meeting. The first reading of the 2005/2006 Mid-BiennitU11 Budget is on the agenda during regular session tonight (November 15th). Changes/adjustments approved by the City Council will be incorporated into the budget for enactment on December 6,2005. Ill.
