I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Park called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. Councilmembers Burbidge, Dovey, Faison,
Kochmar, McColgan, Deputy Mayor Ferrell and Mayor Park present.
II. PUBLIC COMMENT (3-minute limit)
H. David Kaplan stated the process is bac.kwards and public comment should be at the end of the
meeting to allow the public to comment on' what was presented.
III. 2007 -2008 BIENNIAL BUDGET
. Budget Overview
Management Services Director Iwen Wang reviewed the overall proposed budget including key
revenue projections which identify sales tax, property tax, criminal justice sales tax, and gambling
taxes and reviewed expenditure projections.
Department Presentations
. Community Development
Director Kathy McClung presented the Community Development budget in detail.
. Public Works
Director Cary Roe presented the Public Works budget in detail including anticipated projects,
reviewed the City Manager recommended changes/additions and reviewed 2007/2008 Capital
Projects (Transportation, and Surface Water).
III.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Park adjourned the meeting at 9:02 PM.
