CALL MEETING TO ORDER Mayor Park called the special meeting to order at 5:35. Deputy Mayor Ferrell and Councilmember Dovey were excused. Council then divided into two groups to interview the Diversity Commission applicants and the Planning Commission applicants. Councilmembers Burbidge and Kochmar, along with Chair Ron Walker, Vice-chair Jacqueline Piel, and City Manager Neal Beets interviewed Diversity Commission applicants Joyce Cook, Harvajane Brown and Lou Dodson. Councilmembers McColgan, Faison and Mayor Park, interviewed Planning Commission applicants Kevin King, Dini Duclos, Pam Duncan-Pierce, Wayne Carlson, Caleb Allen, Danny Altzier and Hope Elder. III. DISCDSSION/DELIBERA TIONS After interviewing all applicants, Council reconvened as a group to discuss the applicants. Appointments to the two Commissions will be made at the Regular City Council meeting immediately following. IV. ADJOURN Mayor Park adjourned the meeting at 6:55 PM.
