I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Dovey called the special meeting to order at 4:30 PM. Deputy Mayor Faison,
Council members Kochmar and Burbidge were present.
To accommodate the number of interviews, the council divided into two groups and conducted
the interviews as follows:
