1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Kochmar called the Special Meeting of the Federal Way City Council to order at 5:30 pm.
Councilmembers present: Mayor Linda Kochmar, Deputy Mayor Dini Duclos, Councilmembers
Jeanne Burbidge, Jack Dovey, Jim Ferrell and Mike Park. Councilmember Roger Freeman arrived at
6:35 pm.
Staff present: City Manager/Police Chief Brian Wilson, City Attomey Pat Richardson, and Deputy City
Clerk Stephanie Courtney
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 5:30 pm the Council adjoumed to Executive Session to discuss Property Acquisition Pursuant
to RCW 42.30.110(1)(c) and Potential Litigation Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i).
Mayor Kochmar left Executive Session at 6:45 pm.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Deputy Mayor Duclos adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:50 pm.
