Upon identification of a project by the City, the Contractor will prepare a Scope of Service and Budget for the project, to be negotiated and agreed to by both parties.Typical services that may be requested under this Agreement include,but are not limited to,the following: 1. Third Party Geotechnical Review. The Contractor will evaluate geotechnical, and similar reports and project plans submitted by applicants for construction projects in the City.
