RE Henley 4-50.03 F2 Plan at MIR -3 —Den Shearwall Sheathing
It is our understanding that the shearwall at the den was sheathed on the 2x4 furring
wall and the required RS16 holdown was not installed at the above subject building.
The sheathing was to be placed on the den side of the wall per detail 6/S4.2 and
between the (2) 2x4 walls per S0.0. As a fix for this, refer to the enclosed SSK-1.
