CONDITIONS:
1.Erosion and Sediment Control Measures shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the King
County Surface Water Manual,Appendix C or D,dependent on site size. The City may inspect and require
additional controls dependent on erosion or risk of erosion.
2.Upon completion of operations,all disturbed areas shall be stabilized in accordance with the King County
Surface Water Manual,Appendix C or D,dependent on site size. This can be accomplished by spreading seed
at manufacturer's recommended rate and straw at a rate of 2" -3" thick or alternate method listed in the
manual.
