Modifications,Garagetown Building Unit A-7.
Dear Mr. Becker,
This letter is in reponse to our structural observation and inspection of the mezzanine structure
as-built condition and the roof modifications project.
All connections shown bolted on the roof modifications were welded and field approved by
B &T Engineering along with Otto Rosenau and Associates for the project. In addition all as-built
conditions were inspected and approved on June 26,2015.
Please call if you have any questions regarding the B&T Engineering,Inc. or the Otto Rosenau
&Associates,Inc. Special Inspections for these two projects dated from 1/10/15 through 5/22/15. The
"Final Inspection Letter"and associated reports from Otto Rosenau&Associates, Inc. completed on
6/30/15 has been and approved by our office.
