Dear Mr. Weaver:
PURPOSE OF LETTER & CONCLUSION
This letter is to address the foundation of the new addition.
The original design showed the foundation details A and B for the new addition with an
eight inch stem wall. The addition is a one story room addition at the building main level
and the concrete stem wall may be constructed as six inch thick stem.
Please maintain the same reinforcement shown in the original details and the remaining
of the design as per plan.
