Dear Mr. Lawrence,
Pursuant to our discussion regarding the 59165 threshold for the value of the window replacement at the Twin
Lakes Apartment, we offer the fol%wing:
The bid from Neiman Glass for the replacement is $80,660 including W55T. The properly manager for the
complex has valued the projects'value at $3.2 million after the current improvements, putting the 'window
replacement va/ue'at2%2%.
I am adding notes to the drawing reminding the contractor to call for inspection of the window installation
prior to re siding the building. A typical building Floor Plan has been added to the drawings indicating where
the egress/bedroom windows occur. A# bedroom windows will meet the minimum requirements for egress
(we have already discussed this with the window supplier/installer to assure compliance).
Additional/y, I will be on site to check the sheathing during removal of the existing siding. If we discover any
issues we I/ be in touch.
