it is our understanding that a single Supplementary Bearing Plate (SBP) was installed at
the interior garage bearing wall, supporting beam (#213) at the above subject building.
We have determined that (8) Timberlok TLOK06 screws shall be installed thru the 1-
1/4" LSL ledger into the glulam beam above the post. Stagger the screws into (2) rows
2" apart with 2" minimum between screws in each row and with 2" edge distance to
the top and bottom of the beam.
