Additionally,on June 18t1',2015 I again came to the site to observe the lifting of the sunken portion of foundation and house structure above it. I am satisfied with the workmanship performed and can verify the location and pile depths are in accordance with that specified in the geotechnical report. The following are the depths and load capacities based on pushing in the 4"diameter pipe and screwing in the two helical piles with 8"and 10"augur spades. The attached plan indicates the location of the piles in red,and the two helical piles are noted in blue.
