The structural work at the subject address was based on replacing damaged structure with new and
at least maintaining the existing structural capacity. Calculations that were created were, therefore,
informal. I can certify that the design as shown is significantly stronger than the original structure and
all new construction is in substantial compliance with the 2012 IBC requirements. Please feel free to
