by Human Services Commission (HSC) on August 31, 2015
❑ 2016 CDBG Annual Action Plan (AAP) approved by City
Council on June 7, 2016
❑ DAWN Project mistakenly omitted from AAP
❑ Staff negotiated a contract for the Project
❑ Staff determined error regarding AAP in April 2017, initiated
AAP Amendment process
❑ AAP Amendment adding a new project is a "substantial
amendment" under the Citizen Participation Plan
