The options before council are:
1. Authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with
King County in the amount of $33,646 for CTR
implementation.
2. Do not authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement
with King County and hire part-time (0.60 FTE) CTR
Coordinator. The City will need to identify and
supplement additional budget on a yearly basis to
cover employee cost and program start up.
