Staff was set to bring forth updates for approval
Started experiencing troubles with motorized vehicles and pedestrians on our
trails

Paused approval process to work through motorized vehicle concerns
Staff worked with Police and Legal Departments to refine the language about
motorized vehicles on trails, parking lots to make it more enforceable
More comprehensive review than Sub Committee (Sub committee approved
additional motorized vehicle update

Our Focus had to shift to dealing with the Covid-19 Pandemic
