Highlights from the Plan:
• All staff and visitors will take
their temperature before entering
the facility
• Facemasks are optional for
vaccinated employees
(verification of vaccination
required)
• Non -vaccinated employees must
wear face coverings
• Cleaning measures will continue

Public Meetings:
• The City will resume in -person Council meetings in Chambers on the first and third Tuesday of the month
beginning July 20, 2021.
• Chambers will be set up to follow safety protocols as outlined by the State including space to achieve social
distancing, and maintaining online participation.
• Signs will be posted to clearly outline safety protocols in Chambers. • Directors will be expected to
physically attend if they have an item on the agenda. If not, remote attendance is acceptable. The City
Clerk, City Attorney, and IT staff member are required to attend in person.
• Employees will be expected to physically attend if they have an item on the agenda.
• Committee meetings will resume in -person beginning in July following the same safety protocols as
Council meetings.
• Commission meetings will continue to be held remotely until the emergency OPMA rules are lifted.
