CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Burbidge called the special meeting ofthe Federal Way City Council to order at the
hour of5:40 p.m.
Councilmembers present: Mayor Jeanne Burbidge, Deputy Mayor Dean McColgan,
Council members Eric Faison, Michael Hellickson, Linda Kochmar and Mike Park. Mayor
Burbidge excused the absence of Council member Mary Gates.
Staff present City Manager David Moseley, City Attorney Bob Sterbank and City Clerk
Chris Green.

BRANDING PROCESS
Tagline & Logo ODtions
Assistant City Manager Donna Hanson introduced representatives from LeonhardtFitch,
the city's branding consultants who presented the five proposed city taglines and logos.
Following a question and answer period, Council members unanimously agreed to post-
pone further discussion until May 21,2002.
