GENERAL NOTES:
I. ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE A5 ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF
FEDERAL WAY, STATE RESULATIONS FOR BARRIER FREE DE516N, WA5HINSTON STATE ENERGY CODE, AND ALL
APPLICABLE LOCAL CODES, ORDINANCES, AND STANDARDS. IN CASE OF ANY CONFLICT WHERE THE METHODS OR
STANDARDS OF INSTALLATION OF THE MATERIALS SPECIFIED DO NOT EQUAL OR EXCEED THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE

THOROUGHLY FAMILIAR WITH THE 51TE CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING OR CONSTRUCTION.
6. ALL WORK SHALL BE APPLIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURERS LATEST RECOMMENDATIONS OR WRITTEN
DIRECTIONS.
7. SUBMIT A L15T OF PROP05ED PRODUCT SUBMITTALS AND SHOP DRAWIN65 TO THE OWNER FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO
START OF CONSTRUCTION.
8. WHERE CONSTRUCTION DETAILS ARE NOT SHOWN OR NOTED FOR ANY PART OF THE WORK, THE DETAILS SHALL BE
THE SAME A5 FOR OTHER 51MILAR WORK.
g. WHERE DEVICES OR ITEMS OR PARTS THEREOF ARE REFERRED TO IN SINGULAR, IT 15 INTENDED THAT SUCH SHALL
