Dear Ms. Barker:
The Federal Way Fire Department, owner of the property to the east of
the above mentioned short plat, will not grant an easement for the road
requirement.
How do we proceed now as per the easement request by the City to
complete the short plat requirements? We need to know how this is going
to be resolved.
