Description of Addendum
This addendum involves the incorporation of a Development Agreement for homeownership opportunity
as part of the rezone/designation process.
A DNS was issued in July 30, 2021, for the Bally's Comprehensive Plan Amendment. The city's
Responsible Official has determined that the proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact
on the environment, and an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required under RCW
43.21C.030(2)(c). No mitigation was required or appeal filed. This decision was made after review of a
completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the city.
A SEPA Addendum is necessary for this proposal to include a Development Agreement. No new or
substantially different environmental impacts are anticipated.
NOTE: There is no comment period for this addendum per WAC 197-11-625.
