1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 2:01 p.m. Chair Debbie Harvey excused the absence of
missing Commissioners Kevin King, Sue Ellebrecht, Tammy Dziak and Vicky Foreman.

3. COMMISSIONER'S COMMENTS COMMISSION BUSINESS
• Commissioner Frank Fields noted that he had downloaded the airplane app that
Commissioner Kenneth Pratt suggested to the commission and liked the usability of it
as well as how easy it is to send information to the Port of Seattle regarding flight
paths.
4. COMMISSION BUSINESS
A. APPROVAL FOR BROCHURE PRINTING
Amy Glandon explained that the original estimate from the lowest responsive bidder
increased by almost 50% making it outside the budget and that voided the vote that
was taken at the previous meeting. Ms. Glandon contacted the other bidders and
confirmed their estimates and presented to the Commission for approval. Chair Debbie
Harvey moved to approve the next lowest bid, Commissioner Catherine North second.
Motion passed unanimously.
