We have reviewed the following documents: • Chicago Title Report submitted with the application, dated February 28, 2006, Order No. 001204254 • Statutory Warranty Deed, Recording Number 9507061436 • Record of Survey, Book 103 of Surveys, page 223, Recording Number 9505189005 • Landscape Easement, Recording Number 199311091177 • King County Assessor Quarter Section Map NE 06-21-04 The legal descriptions contained within the Statutory Warranty Deed and the Record of Survey appear to correspond to each other and to the Assessor Quarter Section Map. However, we have found that the legal description in Schedule A of the Chicago Title Report is significantly different than the legal descriptions contained in the Statutory Warranty Deed and the Record of Survey. Specifically, the differences relate to the land contained within vacated 3rd Avenue SW. The enclosed map depicts what we believe Schedule A is referring to. If additional lands have been purchased and combined with this property since the 1995 deed, or sold off to another party, it needs to be reflected in the legal descriptions and backup material needs to be provided.
