Dear Ms. Natalie Kamieniecki,
I was recently made aware of the notice of public hearing in regards to proposed townhouses at the
Bally's site. Although I will not be able to attend the public hearing, I wish to voice my support for more
housing of this type in the area.
As a dentist in Federal Way, and with many of my friends in the family stage of their lives, I hear about
the challenges of finding good places to raise a family on a regular basis. In particular, the difficulty of
finding new or newer homes that don't require too much maintenance or attention. More housing equals
more business, which equals more jobs.

This letter serves as my support for the multifamily townhome project being proposed at the corner of
11t Ave and 328th at the old Bally's site.
I have been a chiropractor and a business owner in the City of Federal Way for over fifteen years. As in
many cities in the Seattle area, there is a desperate need for more housing, especially for growing
families. I hear about this from clients in my office all the time. I support this application to bring much
needed housing to the area. Businesses in Federal Way will benefit from new residents and residents
will benefit from more housing options.
