Chair Assefa-Dawson called the meeting to order at 10:01am and welcomed everyone.

The Chair asked for approval of the minutes. Approval of minutes postponed due to full quorum not present.

A. Lodging Tax Budget / Revenue Report
Steve Groom presented the Revenue report.
B. 2024 Olympic Diving Trials
Mike Dunwiddie – Name correction:
• 2025 NCAA Division I, Women’s Swimming and Diving Nationals, March 19-22
• 2025 NCAA Division I, Men’s Swimming and Diving Nationals, March 26-29
Mike Dunwiddie reports the Seattle Sports Commission announced they are a finalist. He will put together
a packet for this.
C. 2025 Diving Championships Status
Brian Davis – more to come.
5. TEG Application - Special meeting needed for quorum to be able to move forward with the TEG application

1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Assefa-Dawson called the special meeting to order at 11:08 am and welcomed everyone.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Upon a motion duly made/seconded (MM/LAD), the minutes of June 8, 2021, were unanimously approved
as presented.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Steve Groom noted he emailed to all committee members his Revenue Report for those who were not
present at the last meeting.
B. Mike Dunwiddie reviewed for the committee the status of the 2025 NCAA Division 1, Women’s &
Men’s Swimming and Diving Nationals.
4. TEG Application – Elite Productions, Northern Classic Body Building Competition
Upon a motion duly made/seconded (MM/LAD), the committee unanimously voted to approve the
application for $3,000.00 to the Elite Productions, Northern Classic Body Building Competition, with
one abstention (BH).
5. LTAC MEMBER/STAFF ISSUES
It was noted that Julianna Lopez is the new General Manager at the Best Western Plus. The effort to
contact the new GM for possible committee position will continue.
