This area of Federal Way is already full of condominiums and apartments. There are other areas being developed with more of these types of mixed commercial\residential around the city and I feel we our cramming to much in with no thought of how it will affect us. Schools are at capactiy, roads are also at capacity and people are tired of all the large condo complexes like Townhouse Square that are taking over neighborhoods. The traffic is a nightmare anymore and the area where they plan to build this mixed use building will only add to the traffic. My understanding is the entrance and exit would be on S. 328th and there is a school bus stop just across the street. This is a dangerous place to have more traffic flowing in and out, especially during the times of day the school bus in picking up and dropping off children. In the six years I have live in the area the traffic has been increasingly worse, with the drivers speeding aound corners, which have bad visibilty. I am concerned it will only get worse if this re- zoning goes through and there will be some bad accidents as a result.
