until they shut their doors. I am in complete support of revising the zoning of this property as
proposed by Intracorp Townhome Project. Every day I pass the existing eye sore along with
number of currently vacant business locations in Federal Way. With respect to this property, its
days as a viable business location has passed and this property needs to be rezoned for either
townhomes or condo's.
