Good afternoon,
My name is Tom Pan. I am a current resident of Federal Way and have witnessed the cost of
housing increase significantly over the years. My goal 10 years ago was to eventually buy a
home in the area, but as each year passes, I've slowly been pushed further and further from the
goal. The cost to buy a home has grown even faster. In Federal Way, we need to create more
opportunities for a first-time buyer to get their foot in the door. While I'm waiting for the right time
to become a homeowner, I would like the opportunity to live in a new community like the
townhome project that Intracor is proposing in Federal Way. This would bring economic diversity
to the area and be a part of the housing solution in King County. Please count me as a
supporter of this type of project.
