Mr. King needs to sign the BLA and have his signature notarized. 3. The King County Health Department needs to sign the mylar. 4. A check made payable to "King County Records & Elections" in the amount of$38.00 needs to be submitted for the recording fee. 5. Two spelling errors need to be corrected in the Parcel A, new legal. The word "inclusive" in line one and the word "Tacoma" in line two are incorrect. When the above items are complete, return 2 recording quality mylars and six prints for final processing.
