I have picked out a space in the yard which is at least 10 feet from all property lines. This design is essentially the same as the second pictured "acceptable design" in the Federal Way zoning guidlines,the only difference is that the run area of the coop would be more similar to the third acceptable coop design example. The coop is designed to accommodate 4 birds,with 3 square feet per chicken inside, and 7 square feet per chicken outside. Let me know if there is any further information that you need.
